Customized NopCommerce Functionality to Simplify Tax Calculation
September 2022It was yet another fascinating project.
NopCommerce provides a tax calculation feature in the form of a paid plugin. However, we customize NopCommerce’s functionality to offer auto Taxation (20%) on Eco Tax, Sum of Products, and Transportation fee.
The project was a runaway success as it can be replicated in other NopCommerce projects.
A Fire-Side Chat – An Engaging, Educating, and Inspiring Conversation on the Things that Matter
September 2022Mr. Pranav Pandya, Chairman and Co-Founder of DEV IT, and Mr. Harish Mehta, Co-Founder of NASSCOM, engaged in a ‘Fire-Side Chat – the Mavericks Story’ at the TiECON 2022 Ahmedabad Edition, held on 24th September 2022.
The two took the center stage to provide inspiring and engaging insights into the untold story of the Indian IT industry. The Annual Conference brought together corporate leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, academia, and the Government together to contribute to the Indian MSME ecosystem.
A Strategic Meeting to Take India – US Bilateral Ties Further
September 2022Along with Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry members, DEV IT participated in a key meeting with Consul General Mike Hankey.
The significant and productive discussion reaffirmed the business and economic ties between the two nations. Consul General Hankey also stressed the importance of having a stable, transparent, and rule-based economic system. Additionally, the Consul General was introduced to the culture and heritage of Gujarat.
We helped Streamline and Manage Records with jQgrid
September 2022When our clients need process streamlining and efficiency-building, the DEV IT team always has a ready solution.
We provided jQgrid solutions to the pharmaceutical company. the free-to-license, Ajax-enabled JavaScript plugin offering businesses advanced features for manipulating and displaying tabular data. The plugin is highly beneficial from an end-user perspective as it eases search, sorting, in-line editing, inserting, updating, and deleting data from a variety of data sources.
We Successfully Executed Tenant-to-Tenant Migration from GoDaddy to Microsoft 365 Tenant.
September 2022There’s always a project in every team’s life that defines their performance. This was one such project – Tenant-to-Tenant migration from GoDaddy Tenant to Microsoft 365 Tenant
With an enterprise as large as GoDaddy Tenant – more than 200 users – it is not possible to manually migrate the users. After a bit of brainstorming, we finalized a suitable tool that supported migration for each workload.
The entire migration, from pre-planning, assessment, migration, and post-migration and cutover was completed in 3 – 4 months.
Simplified Application and Device Management with Microsoft Intune
August 2022We helped our client integrate and centralize the management of devices and implement robust security features on all devices.
The end-to-end implementation included requirement gathering, configuration, enrolling Pilot users, test users, and production user devices for testing, and finally enrolling all users through a remote tool.
The entire implementation was completed successfully within 2 weeks, although the device enrolment took additional time.

August 2022The client’s project was yet another feather in our highly decorated cap. We took on this critical project of uploading clients’ data into their systems. Since the project came with a tight deadline, our development team went on overdrive by providing the solution within a month.
From ideation and proposing Azure Data Factory to delivery – it took us just 30 days to learn, develop and deliver. That’s an achievement, Team DEV IT!

Talligence – Product Update for Enhanced Productivity
August 2022We updated Talligence with additional functionalities in Sales Day Book, Sales by Geography, Receivable Bill Wise, Payable Bill Wise, and Bad Stock Analysis. The added new features enhance the functionalities of Talligence. Moreover, we also engaged in to a UI/UX workshop and gave the app and the portal a complete overhaul to give it a premium look and feel.
We made application upgrades a lot easier!
August 2022The premise – Application upgradation takes place once every month.
The Challenge – When the application is customized, it breaks the upgrade activity where the new member without app setup knowledge cannot upgrade.
The Solution – The life of a technician is always a challenge, and when Ronak Pandya brings about a change, it is a sigh of relief for the entire community. Application upgradation was eased by running Linux bash scripts which did not mandate the techs to know the application structure and configuration.

Building AWS Athena Competency to Enhance Capability
July 2022There’s never a wrong time to learn and gain proficiency. And our DEV IT team is always learning and growing.
Our pharma industry project allowed us to enhance our capabilities. As a part of the solution provided to a client, we were required to learn and deliver AWS Athena. Our team is currently excelling at Level 300 in AWS Athena, and we gained this expertise in less than a month. While the project is ongoing, our competency and capability are also improving.
