    • Hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM customizations and Configuration
    • Customise forms using supported extensions
    • Configuration and Administration
    • Deployment & Packaging of Solutions
    • Deployment and Troubleshooting of Outlook for Dynamics CRM
    • Troubleshooting Performance/Authentication/Network issues with Dynamics CRM & Outlook.
    • Server-Side Email Sync
    • Upgrades
    • Security Model
    • Business Process Flows, Workflows & Dialogs
    • Business Rules
    • Custom C# Workflow Activities, C# Plugins & Actions
    • JavaScript & HTML Web Resources
    • FetchXml & Custom SSRS Reports
    • Languages – C#.NET, JavaScript, HTML & CSS


  • MCA/BE (IT, Comp.)
  • Certification in Dynamics CRM (added advantage)
