1. Desktop Engineer (No. of position: 10)

Location: Ahmedabad, Baroda, Surat, Rajkot, Bharuch, Mehsana, Gandhinagar

Job Description
Server Solutions i.e. installation & troubleshooting
Antivirus Solutions i.e. McAfeev8.0 & v4.5.1 with EPO Agents 3.5 & 2.5, Norton Corporate edition Server & Clients, AVG 7.0
Hardware & Network solutions & Printers troubleshooting
Software troubleshooting & solutions
Installation, configure and maintenance of structural WAN & LAN networking
Installing & Configuring Mail service with Microsoft Outlook & Outlook Express, Lotus Notes.
Installing & configuring Linux desktop client.
Installing & Configuring software, i.e. Remote Access client, Citrix, AS400 etc.
Troubleshooting Hardware & Software related problems.
Candidate Profile
Should be Graduate in any stream or Diploma Holder.
Should have knowledge on Lotus Notes, Linux, and Outlook Express.
Should have Knowledge on Hardware Assembling and troubleshooting
Should have Min. 1 Yrs. Experience as Engineer
Should have Good Communication Skill
Should be below or up to 25 age
 

2. System Administrator (No of position: 3)

Location: Surat, Baroda, Ahmedabad, Rajkot

Job Description:
Troubleshooting Software related problems.
Server Solutions i.e. installation & troubleshooting
Installation of software (Ms office, Windows OS)
Antivirus Solutions i.e. Norton Corporate edition Server & Clients, AVG 7.0
Candidate profile:
Should be Graduate
Should have Knowledge on Hardware Assembling and troubleshooting
Should have Good Communication Skill
Should have minimum 6 months experience
 

3. Help Desk Coordinator (Male/Female)(No of position: 2)

Location: Ahmedabad

Job Description:
Coordinate with the site employees
Documentation Work
Coordinate with head office
Candidate profile:
Should be Graduate
Should have good communication skills
Should have minimum 1 year experience.
